Do not panic: on most vehicles we can create a new key even when none remain and open the car without damaging the lock. First we confirm the model, year, location and whether the vehicle is locked.
To protect the owner, we require vehicle documents and valid identification. We then identify the immobiliser system and choose the safest procedure for retrieving or programming the required data.
Depending on the model, work may involve the immobiliser unit, instrument cluster, comfort module or start-control unit. Once the key is created, we test locking, unlocking, starting and remote operation.
On-site service is available. Avoid buying a random key online before asking us, because its frequency, transponder or part number may be incompatible.
