We find faults other workshops miss, on any make.
We use dealer-level equipment and manufacturer protocols to diagnose complex electrical and electronic faults: intermittent warning lights, no-start issues, parasitic battery drain, comfort systems and driver-assistance problems.
We do not simply read and clear fault codes. We test power supplies, grounds, sensor signals, communication between control units and the real behaviour of components using an oscilloscope and professional measuring equipment.
Before replacing a part, we confirm whether the cause is the component itself, wiring, a connector, software or another control unit. This avoids unnecessary parts and trial-and-error repairs.
We clearly explain what has failed, why it happened, whether the vehicle is safe to use and which repair options are available before any work begins.
